| 摘 要： | 农产品加工业是农业产业链的延伸,是农业工业化的重要内容。湖南具有丰富的农业资源优势和悠久的农产品加工历史,大力发展农产品加工业具有重要的意义。分析了农产品加工业在农业工业化进程中的地位和面临的主要问题,提出了大力发展农产品加工业,促进湖南农业工业化进程的建议。

| Abstract: | Agricultural product processing industry is not only the prolongation of agricultural industry chain but also the important content of agriculture industrialization.Hunan possesses rich agriculture source and long-time history of agricultural product processing,which signify the specific meaning of developing agricultural product processing industry in Hunan.The paper analysed the status and problem of agricultural product processing industry during the process of agriculture industrialization in Hunan,and putting forward advices of developing agricultural product processing industry energetically to prompt Hunan agriculture industrialization. |
