摘    要:LED具有低能耗、体积小、单色性高和使用寿命长等普通人工光源所不具备的优点,在植物离体培养中的应用越来越广泛。本文就LED的特点及其在植物离体培养中的应用情况和存在的问题进行了概述,并简要分析了LED在植物离体培养中的应用前景。

Abstract:There are many advantages of light-emitting diode(LED) compared to conventional artificial light sources,such as low energy consumption,small volume,excellent homochromy,long service life,etc.So the application of LED to in vitro culture of plant is more and more popular.In this paper,the characteristics of LED and its application to in vitro culture of plant are reviewed,and the prospects are described.
