基于SWOT分析的陕西省礼泉县苹果产业发展对策

结合陕西省礼泉县苹果生产和市场现状,基于SWOT分析法研究陕西礼泉苹果产业的发展状况,并对礼泉苹果产业的优劣势进行分析,更好地把握陕西礼泉苹果未来的发展方向,提出合理化的发展对策。主要从品牌形象化、种植规模化、产品多元化和营销战略化4个方面提高苹果质量,以此来保持陕西礼泉苹果产业具有长期持续的竞争力,重塑陕西礼泉苹果形象,提升陕西苹果产业核心竞争力。 

Development Countermeasures of Apple Industry in Liquan County of Shaanxi Province Based on SWOT Analysis

According to status of apple production and market in Liquan county of Shaanxi province,based on the SWOT analysis method,development of apple industry in Liquan was studied,advantages and disadvantages of apple industry in Liquan were analyzed,future development direction of apple was better grasped,and reasonable development countermeasures were put forward.Quality of apples was improved mainly from 4 aspects,including brand image,planting scale,product diversification and marketing strategy in order to maintain apple industry in Liquan has long-term sustained competitiveness,remodel apple image,and enhance core competitiveness of Shaanxi apple industry.
