摘    要:由于巨菌草粉料打包还以人工为主,导致打包时工作场地布满粉尘,环境恶劣,对工人健康造成巨大影响、打包质量差和生产效率低等问题。针对上述问题,自主试验设计了一台巨菌草粉料自动打包机。通过设计方案、设计原理和实用性分析等方面来阐述设计过程,并制作出样机来验证设计的可行性。该打包机集续袋、压料和封口功能于一体,整机设计简洁,在工作过程中流畅稳定、协调性良好且包装质量高,袋子封口紧,物料密度大,解决了巨菌草加工完成后的储存及自动化打包问题,为其他草料包装机设计提供参考,有助于实现巨菌草机械化生产作业过程,有利于解决农村劳动人口老龄化、劳动力不足等问题。

Abstract:Because giant powder packing with artificial grass,lead to emergence of work site packed full of dust,harsh environment,a tremendous impact on health of workers,packing problems of poor quality,low production efficiency.Aiming at above problems,through independent test,automatic packing machine Jujun grass powder was designed.Through design scheme,design principle and practical analysis,whole design process was described,and a prototype was made to verify feasibility of design.The packing machine has functions of continuous bag,pressing and sealing,and design of whole machine was simple.In work process,smooth,stable,good coordination,high packing quality,tight sealing bag,and large material density were achieved.Storage and automated packaging issues after processing of Jujun grass were solved.It provided a reference for design of other forage packing machine.It contributed to realization of mechanization production process for Jujun grass.It would help solve problems of aging rural labor force and shortage of labor force.
