摘    要:低温等离子体对农作物种子的影响已有研究,等离子体能够激活种子的内源物质,增强种子的活力,提高种子的生命力和抗逆性,增加产量,促进基因表达,且不会影响环境。玉米作为青贮饲料的重要来源,应用等离子体处理方面的研究却相对较少。设计并研制了射频等离子体种子处理机,应用样机对陈旧的玉米种子进行低温等离子体种子处理试验,以处理时间和处理功率两个因素为变量,分析低温等离子体对玉米种子发芽特性的影响。其中,处理组发芽率对比CK组的变化为-14.00%~10.67%,发芽势对比CK组的变化为-3.33%~10.00%,平均根长对比CK组的变化为-45.84%~20.66%,平均芽长对比CK组的变化为-13.46%~16.07%,平均鲜质量对比CK组的变化为-4.77%~16.59%,平均干质量对比CK组的变化为-5.17%~7.54%。

Abstract:There have been primary researches about effect of plasma on seeds of crops.Researches showed that plasma could activate endogenous substances of seeds,which could increase vitality and resistance of them,increase yield of crops,promote gene expression and environmentally friendly.As the main source of silage,maize treatment by plasma processing is relatively rare.A plasma seed processor was successfully designed and developed from practical concern.Factors were set as processing time and processing power to analyze effect of plasma on seed germination characteristics.Compared with CK group,variation of germination rate was -14.00%~10.67%,germination potential was -3.33%~10.00%,root length was -45.84%~20.66% and shoot of maize seedling was 13.46%~16.07%,fresh weight of seedling was -4.77%~16.59% and dry weight of seedling was -5.17%~7.54%.
