自走式玉米籽粒联合收获机优化设计

摘    要:针对高含水率玉米籽粒收获的要求,在现有纵轴流玉米收获机成熟机型的基础上,研制柔性低损伤玉米摘穗和输送装置,并研制脱粒、分离和清选装置,优化传动和驱动系统,实现自走式玉米籽粒联合收获机的优化提升,使其适合玉米籽粒收获作业。

Abstract:Aiming at requirement of high water content corn grain harvest,on the basis of existing mature longitudinal axial flow corn harvester machine,flexible low damage corn ear picked and conveying device was developed,threshing,separating and cleaning device were also developed.Transmission drive system was optimized.Self-propelled combined harvester for corn grain was optimized to make it suitable for corn grain harvest.
