基于SolidWorks Flow Simulation的甘蔗收割机排杂装置内部流场模拟

摘    要:利用SolidWorks建立并简化切段式甘蔗收割机采用的轴流风机排杂装置的三维模型后,通过SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件模拟分析轴流风机排杂装置的内部流场情况。根据实际情况设置仿真边界条件,模拟在不同叶轮转速、轮毂垂入导风罩深度等参数影响下排杂装置的出风口速度场和压力场分布,并比较模拟数据和试验测试结果,为切段式甘蔗收割机的轴流风机排杂装置的设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:3D model of axial fan impurity removing device for sugarcane harvester was established and simplified by SolidWorks,and its inner flow field was simulated based on SolidWorks Flow Simulation software.According to actual situation,simulation boundary condition parameters were set,and then the simulations of outlet velocity field and pressure field distribution of impurity removing device were finished under influence of different rotational speeds and depths of hub entering windshield.Additionally,simulated data and experimental results were compared,which could provide reference for design and optimization of axial fan impurity removing device of sugarcane harvester.
