| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义新农村建设由点到面的推进，农村垃圾治理从实践层面取得了实质性的进展与深入。从对北京辛庄村垃圾分类的分析可以看到，农村垃圾治理模式，要解决好“主体、模式、机制”3个问题，才能在未来进行有效地推广。

| Abstract: | With construction of new socialist countryside from point to surface，rural waste management from practical level has made substantial progress and in-depth.From analysis of garbage classification in Beijing Xinzhuang village，it could be seen that rural garbage control model should solve three problems of‘subject，mode and mechanism’，in order to carry out effective promotion in the future. |
