摘    要:近年来,病毒越来越多地被视为食源性疾病的主要原因。尽管已经采取了减少细菌污染的措施,食源性病毒感染在世界各地仍时有发生。对常见的食源性病毒、危害、传播方式以及近年来国际上对于其防控研究的进展进行了综述。

Abstract:In recent yeas,virus have been increasingly recognized as important causes of foodborne diseases.Foodborne infections continue to occur all over the world,although measures have been taken to reduce bacterial contamination.Types,characteristics,transmission pathways as well as prevention and control strategies of foodborne virus were reviewed.Moreover,current research achievements on prevention and control of foodborne virus were also discussed.
