浙江省低碳农业发展对策——基于国外经验的比较

经济新常态背景下，随着我国生态资源刚性约束趋紧，低碳农业成为国家农业建设的必然选择，是实现经济可持续发展的应有之义。目前，国内外低碳农业研究文献较丰富，对国外在低碳农业发展方面的战略选择、政策法规体系构建、农业调控手段和财政扶持等方面经验进行梳理和比较分析，并结合浙江省低碳农业发展实际，研究浙江省低碳农业发展举措，期望对浙江低碳农业发展给予一定的理论指导。 

Development Countermeasures of Low Carbon Agriculture in Zhejiang ProvinceBased on Foreign Experience

Under the background of new economy，low carbon agriculture is the inevitable choice of national agricultural construction.It is the proper meaning of realizing sustainable development of economy.At present，domestic and international low-carbon agricultural research literature is rich.Development of low carbon agriculture in foreign countries were researched from strategy selection，policies and regulations system，agricultural regulation means and financial support and other aspects of experience.Combined with actual development of low carbon agriculture in Zhejiang province，development countermeasures of low carbon agriculture in Zhejiang were put forward.
