重庆市复垦潜力调查分析（2016—2020年）

为深入贯彻重庆市委四届三次全会5大功能区发展战略，有序推进重庆市各项民生工程实施，切实维护农民合法权益，真实、准确反映农村建设用地现状，对重庆市2016—2020年农村建设用地复垦潜力进行调查。以农村居民点和农村人口为基础，预测复垦理论潜力，掌握未来复垦规模，为复垦工作做足充分的准备。 

Investigation and Analysis of Reclamation Potential in Chongqing from 2016 to 2020

In order to thoroughly implement development strategy of three plenary session of four session of Chongqing Municipal Committee of five major functional areas，in order to promote implementation of livelihood projects in Chongqing city，and earnestly safeguard legitimate rights and interests of farmers，truly and accurately reflect situation of rural construction land，rural construction land reclamation potential in Chongqing city in 2016—2020 was investigated.On the basis of rural settlements and rural population，the theoretical potential of reclamation was predicted，future scale of reclamation was mastered，and adequate preparations were made for reclamation work.
