摘    要:企业对产品实施碳足迹评价和碳标签标示,作为企业内部提供制定温室气体减排措施和改良产品工艺的依据,并用于向公众或其他第三方公布其产品的碳足迹信息,以提高产品的核心竞争力。对夹肉杏仁饼的碳足迹评价和碳标签应用进行概述,具体阐述产品碳足迹评价的步骤和碳标签应用的注意事项,为国内食品企业开展产品碳足迹和碳标签工作提供参考。

Abstract:Carbon footprint assessment and carbon labels application on products provides internally greenhouse gas emission reduction measures and improvement of product technology for enterprises.And it also provides the carbon footprint information for public or other third parties,as to enhance core competitiveness of products.An overview of the carbon footprint evaluation and carbon label application in meat almond cake,specific elaborating product carbon footprint assessment procedures and carbon label application were introduced,in order to provide references for domestic food enterprises to carry out product carbon footprint and carbon label work.
