摘    要:本试验对92份辣椒材料的表型性状进行了相关和典型相关分析,结果表明,辣椒一些性状间呈显著或极显著相关。果实性状与植株性状+辣椒抗性相关性密切;其次是植株性状和果实性状间,植株性状与果实性状+辣椒抗性。比较单个性状组间典型相关分析结果与多个性状组间典型相关分析结果的差异表明,一般与多个性状组间的典型相关系数大于与单个性状组间的典型相关系数。

Abstract:The morphologies of 92 hot-pepper accessions were analyzed by correlation and canonical correlation analyses in the present study. The results showed that they were significantly or extremely significantly correlated between some traits by correlation analysis. Fruit traits had the biggest correlation with plant traits plus disease resistance, and next was that between plant traits and fruit traits, and between plant traits and fruit traits plus disease resistance; the canonical correlation coefficients were larger between multiple trait groups than between single trait group.
