20％辣根素水乳剂对南方根结线虫的室内毒力

为明确20%辣根素水乳剂对番茄南方根结线虫的毒力效果，以1.8%阿维菌素乳油为药剂对照，采用孔板法测定了其对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫和卵的毒力，结果显示：20%辣根素水乳剂对根结线虫二龄幼虫表现出较高的致死效果，8 000倍液致死率仍达到96.5%，10 000倍液时致死率大幅下降到66.6%，两者防效差异显著；其对根结线虫卵的抑制活性较低，100倍液抑制卵的孵化率仅为69.5%。建议在田间防治根结线虫时，辣根素稀释倍数不超过8 000倍，当土壤中线虫卵块较多时将辣根素与其他药剂（如阿维菌素乳油）联合使用。

The Indoor Toxicity of 20% Allyl Isothiocyanate Water Emulsion to Meloidogyne incognita

Abstract: In order to determine the indoor toxicity of 20% allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) water emulsion (WE) to Meloidogyne incognita , the toxicity of 1.8% avermectin emulsifiable concentrate (EC) to the second instar larvae and eggs of Meloidogyne incognita in tomato were determined by pore plate method. The results showed that 20% AITC WE had high lethal effect on the second instar larvae of Meloidogyne incognita , and the mortality rate of 8 000 times solution was still 96.5%, the lethal rate decreased to 66.6% at 10 000 times solution, whose the control effect was signifi cantly different. The inhibition activity on the eggs of Meloidogyne incognita was low, and the hatching rate of 100 times solution was only 69.5%. It was suggested that the dilution ratio of allyl isothiocyanate should not be more than 8 000 times for controlling Meloidogyne incognita in the fi eld. When there were more eggs in soil, it was suggested to use AITC in combination with other pesticides (such as avermectin EC).
