贵州10味道地中药材及其水煎液中铜含量的测定

目的]测定贵州10味道地中药材及其水煎液中微量元素铜的含量。方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定了贵州10味道地中药材及其水煎液中微量元素铜的含量。结果]火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜含量的线性范围为0～1.0μg/ml,相关系数R2=0.9999,平均回收率为101.83%,RSD=0.45%（n=5）。10种中药材中铜的含量为7.0～31.0mg/kg,水煎液中铜的含量为0.3～2.4mg/kg。结论]为中药材种植和加工过程中的质量控制以及传统中药用药的安全性评价提供依据。

Determination of Cu Content in 10 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine and Their Decoction from Guizhou

Objective] The research aimed to study the trace element Cu content in 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and their decoction from Guizhou. Method] The flame atomic absorption spectrometry method was used to determine the trace element Cu content in 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and their decoction from Guizhou. Result] When the flame atomic absorption spectrometry method was used to determine Cu content,the linear range was 0-1.0 μg/ml,R2=0.999 9,the average recovery was 101.83%,RSD=0.45%(n=5). The Cu content in 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine was 7.0-31.0 mg/kg,and that in decoction was 0.3-2.4 mg/kg. Conclusion] The study can lay the basic foundation for the quality control of the Chinese herbal medicine during planting and process,and the security evaluation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.
