| 摘 要： | 高山杜鹃离体快繁过程中常遇到试管苗生长缓慢,增殖率较低等问题。试验从基本培养基类型、生长调节物质组合以及pH 3个方面进行试验,探索利于其增殖的最适培养条件。结果表明:杜鹃增殖的最适培养基为1/4MS+KT 1.0+IBA 0.5。

| Abstract: | The vitro plants of Rhododendron delavayi often grew slowly during rapid propagation and the ratio of multiplication was low.The experiment was carried to find the optimal culture conditions in kinds of basic medium,pH and combination of hormones.The results indicated that the optimal medium of multiplication was 1/4MS+KT 1.0+IBA 0.5. |
