摘    要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了巴核桃等21种植物甲醇提取物对荔枝霜疫霉菌和芒果炭疽病菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,以10 mg(干粉)/ml溶剂处理后5 d对荔枝霜疫霉菌抑菌活性较高的是巴核桃、大杨柳和甘草提取物,抑菌率分别为100%、87.72%、87.20%;对芒果炭疽病菌抑菌活性较好的是水茄提取物,其抑菌率为69.74%.

Abstract:Antifungal activity of the extracts of Juglans regia and other 20 species of plants against Peronophythora litchi Chen and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz was determined with mycelial growth rate method,which may contribute to a new method for biological control of P.litchi and C.gloeosporioides.The results indicated that at 10 mg/ml the inhibition rate of extracts of J.regia,Salix magnifica and Glycyrrhiza uralensis against P.litchi was 100%,87.72% and 87.20%,respectively.The inhibition rate of extract of Solanum torvum against C.gloeosporioides was 69.74%, which was significantly higher than other plants in test.
