| 摘 要： | 针对衢洲山茶油精炼生产过程中出现的油皂不分、脱色效果不理想以及耐寒性差等主要技术问题,本论文在前人已有的研究基础上对山茶油精炼工艺中的碱炼、脱色、冬化等主要工艺进行了进一步的探讨,得到了一套更简单和更适用于生产的工艺流程。

| Abstract: | In camellia oil production,there are problems such as non-separation of oil and tea saponin,bad bleached effect and low cold-resistance.For solving these problems,a processe for refining camellia seed oil,including neutralization,bleaching and winterization,were studied.The parameters obtained can provide useful information for the industrialized production of camellia seed oil. |
