| 摘 要： | 为了研究复合益生菌(乳酸菌 芽孢杆菌)对肉仔鸡小肠内容物酶活性的影响,本试验采用400只1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分成2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在对照组的基础上添加0.3%的复合益生菌,试验期为14d。结果表明:饲喂14d后,试验组小肠淀粉酶、蛋白酶和肠糜蛋白酶的活性显著升高,与对照组相比,其活性分别提高32%、15%和18%。说明肉鸡饲粮中添加乳酸菌和芽孢杆菌,可以刺激肉鸡胰腺淀粉酶和蛋白酶的分泌。

| Abstract: | An experiment was designed to assess the effects of probiotics on the enzyme activity of broilers from 1-day old to 14 day old.400 chickens were divided into two group,the control group was fed with base diets,the experiment group was provided with base diets added with 0.3 percent of probiotics and devoid of antibiotic growth promoters.The results showed:compared with that of the control group,the activity of amylase,trypsin and chymotrypsin of the test group increased by 32%,15% and 18% respectively,which suggested that adding lactobacillus and bacillus to the diet of broilers could stimulate the enzyme excretion of pancreas. |
