| 摘 要： | 科技进步贡献率是衡量一个国家或部门科技发展和经济发展的通用指标。本文利用址口层次分析法和专家问卷调查相结合的方法，分析了影响科技进步因素，测定计算出“十五”期间湖南省林业科技进步贡献率为30．13％。

| Abstract: | The contributive rate of advancement of science and technology was a universal index to assess the science and technology and economical development of a department or a country.Using the AHP and the expert's questionnaire methods,the effective factor of development of science and technology was analyzed.The results showed that contributive rate of advancement of forestry science and technology in the Tenth Five-year Plan of Hunan Province was 30.13?% |
