水分胁迫对不同小麦品种叶片电阻抗参数的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究了适宜水分(对照)、中度干旱和严重干旱3个水分胁迫下,分属于旱地、灌区和旱肥3种不同抗旱类型的7个小麦品种电阻抗参数(胞内电阻、胞外电阻、弛豫时间和弛豫时间分布系数)的变化规律。结果表明,在中度干旱条件下,除品种河东TX-006、小偃22叶片的胞外电阻略低于对照外,其他品种叶片的胞外电阻均较对照增加;严重干旱条件下,旱地品种的胞外电阻进一步增大,而灌区品种的胞外电阻却低于对照。严重干旱条件下各品种小麦叶片的胞内电阻均高于对照。旱地品种的弛豫时间均高于对照,灌区品种的弛豫时间均低于对照。不同水分胁迫条件下,不同小麦品种叶片弛豫时间分布系数差异较小。4个电阻抗参数在不同品种间均有极显著差异;除胞内电阻外,其他电阻抗参数在不同水分胁迫处理间差异不显著,而在品种和水分胁迫处理的交互效应中差异达显著或极显著水平。

Abstract:Electrical impedance parameter rules of wheat leaves were researched,which are attributed to seven varieties from dryland,irrigated area and dryfertilizer.The wheats planted in pots experienced three water stress conditions:optimal moisture(CK),moderate drought and severe drought.The results showed that extracellular resistance of wheat leaves was higher than CK except for variety Hedong TX-006 and Xiaoyan 22 in moderate drought.In severe drought,extracellular resistance of dryland variety increased farther and that of irrigated area was lower than CK.Intracellular resistance is higher than CK and the rules of relaxation time was the same as extracellular resistance in severe drought.Relaxation time of wheat leave's behavior showed little difference in water stress.4 Electrical impedance parameters were provided with best significant difference on variety and cross correlation between variety and treatment.The rest parameters showed no significant differences with different water stress treatments,but significant differences on cross effect existed between variety and water stress treatment except intracellular resistance.
