摘    要:通过对木材加工车间环境及其监控现状的分析,提出并构建了基于LonWorks现场总线技术的车间环境监控网络系统.该系统可完成对车间内噪声、粉尘浓度、甲醛浓度、温湿度及火灾的实时监测,并实现了系统的本地集中管理和远程网络监控功能.

Abstract:The environment of wood processing workshops and its control system based on the fieldbus technology were analyzed in detail firstly. Then a environment monitoring and control network for the wood processing workshop based on the Lonworks technology was constructed. Such environment parameters as noise, dust, formaldehyde, temperature, humidity and fire in the workshop can be supervised in real time. It can be controlled in local mode and remote mode too.
