| 摘 要： | 通过高效液相色谱仪（HPLC）分析不同菌种粗酶液对蔗糖的催化反应，获得了6种产果糖基转移酶的菌种，为后期果糖基转移酶的应用打下基础。

| Abstract: | Crude enzymes catalyzing sucrose were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) from the different strains。The results revealed that strains expressing fructosyltransferase were obtained in this study,which would lay the foundation for the application of fructosyltransferase。 |
