摘    要:针对昆石高速上行线(石林至宜良段)长下坡、急弯及交通环境急变的特殊路段,在大流量、超载超限、超速运营条件下,利用公路运营安全性检测计算系统(HOS_VT)进行检测计算。从人(驾驶员)-车-路-交通环境协调运营原理入手,分析论证可能潜在的道路事故多发点(段),以降低交通事故率,突破运营安全的瓶颈。通过道路交通安全的保障技术、措施的应用研究,对该路段进行系统的交通安全整治,提升道路交通可持续发展能力,保障出行安全。

Abstract:In the light of the long down-slope, sharp turn and other special section with dramatic change of traffic environment, the Traffic Safety Simulation Computing System (HOS-VT) was used for the large traffic flow, overload and over-speed transportation. Proceed from the compatibility principle of driver, vehicle, road and traffic environment, the potential traffic accident-prone areas were analyzed and demonstrated in order to reduce the traffic accident rate and make the breakthrough of traffic safety. After the application research of the traffic security technology and measures, the systemic regulation of traffic safety was carried out, it enhanced the sustainable development capacity of traffic and ensured the travel safety.
