| 摘 要： | 试验于1982～1986年进行,观察测定茎截面上纤维细胞的直径和壁厚、茎截面上纤维细胞数和韧皮部单宁细胞数以及植株的高度,可以一次性定量估测苎麻品种的纤维产量和纤维细度、强力、纤维大小均匀性、原麻含胶率、原麻锈脚等多项质量指标。估测结果与实际测定结果比较,正确率均在80%以上。

| Abstract: | The relation between the anatomical structure of stem and the fibre yield and quality of ramie (Boehmeria nivea) was studied from 1982 to 1986 with 207 samples. It has been found that the fibre yield and some quality components, such as fibre fineness, strength, uniform, gum percentage and rust spots in crude fibre, cam be predicted quantitatively at once by microscopic measuring of the diameter and wall thickness of fibre cells, the amounts of fibre ceils in stem section and ceils containing tannic material in phleom, and the height of plant. Several formulae in very significant regressive level (a=0.01) have been found to be used in actual estimation. |
