周8425B衍生品种耐旱相关性状的遗传解析

摘    要:解析小麦耐旱遗传机制,发掘耐旱基因,选育耐旱品种,是减少干旱对中国粮食生产安全威胁最为经济、高效的方式。周8425B是中国黄淮麦区重要的小麦骨干亲本,农艺性状优良,其衍生品种具有较好的耐旱特性。本研究基于68份来自于河南、山东等地的周8425B衍生品种,利用50K SNP芯片对耐旱相关性状进行全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association analysis,GWAS)。结果表明,共检测到252个显著关联的SNP标记,分布于37个位点上,可解释7.9%~21.5%的表型变异。其中,16个位点与已报道的位点位置部分重叠或一致,其余21个为新的位点。周麦16、矮抗58、郑农21、淮麦28、周麦21、郑麦379、浏虎98和偃展4110共8份品种具有较好的耐旱性,且含有较多的优异等位基因,可应用于下一步遗传育种中。本研究对解析小麦耐旱遗传机制,选育耐旱品种具有参考价值。

Genetic Analysis of Drought Tolerance Related Traits in the Cultivars Derived from Zhou 8425B
Abstract:In order to ensure food production safety in China,it is of importance to uncover the genetic mechanism of drought tolerance,identify the drought tolerance genes and select the drought tolerance varieties. Zhou 8425B is an important backbone parent in Huang-Huai wheat region of China. It has excellent agronomic characters and its derived lines exhibit better drought tolerance. In order to provide guidance for wheat drought tolerance in breeding progress,drought tolerance related traits were evaluated in 68 cultivars derived from Zhou 8425B originated from Henan and Shandong Provinces,and genome-wide association analysis(GWAS) was conducted with 50K SNP array. The result showed that a total of 252 significantly associated SNP markers were detected,which were distributed on 37 loci,accounting for 7.9%-21.5% of the phenotypic variations,respectively. Among them,16 loci were consistent with the previously reported loci,and the other 21 loci maybe novel. Zhoumai 16,Aikang 58,Zhengnong 21,Huaimai 28,Zhoumai 21,Zhengmai 379,Liuhu 98 and Yanzhan 4110 with better drought tolerance and more excellent alleles could be used in breeding progress. This study is of great significance for understanding the genetic mechanism of drought tolerance and breeding drought tolerance varieties.
