日粮不同蛋白水平对生长牛营养物质消化率的影响

摘    要:试验动物为3头10月龄左右的中国荷斯坦生长公牛,设计前后自身对照试验,整个试验分三期进行,每期3头牛饲喂一个粗蛋白质水平,分别为10.12%、12.19%、14.29%。结果表明:日粮蛋白质水平为10.12%、12.19%、14.29%时,对中国荷斯坦生长公牛的NDF(中性洗涤纤维)和ADF(酸性洗涤纤维)的表观消化率无明显的影响(P>0.05),而对淀粉的表观消化率则有显著的影响(P<0.05),淀粉的表观消化率随着其日粮中的粗蛋白质水平的升高而增加;日粮蛋白水平对于日粮中氮的表观消化率和沉积效率有显著的影响(P<0.05),随着粗蛋白质水平的升高而增加。

Abstract:Three 10 months growing Chinese Hostein calves were used in a self-control design experiment,which was conducted three periods.Calves were fed with a dietary crude protein level 10.12%、12.19% and 14.29% respectively.The results indicated that: The effects of dietary crude protein level on NDF and ADF apparent digestibility of growing calves were not significant(P>0.05),starch apparent digestibility increased gradually with dietary Crude Protein level increasing(P<0.05).N apparent digestibility and N retention rate increased significantly with dietary crude protein level increasing(P<0.05).
