蚕沙不同溶剂萃取物的抑菌活性

采用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次对蚕沙70％乙醇粗提物进行萃取，对不同溶剂萃取物的化学成分进行预试，采用药敏纸片法测定了不同萃取物分别对停乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、乳房链球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的抑菌活性。结果表明，各萃取物的抑菌活性由强到弱的顺序为；乙酸乙酯相〉石油醚相〉氯仿相〉正丁醇相，主要抑菌活性成分为香豆素／内酯和黄酮类／酚类。

Antibacterial Activity of the Different Extracts from Silkworm Feces

The extract of 70% ethanol from Silkworm feces had been extracted by petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol orderly.And the component of different extracts had been tested.Antibacterial activity of different extractions from Silkworm feces was studied in this paper against S.aureas,S.agalactiae,S.uberis,S.dysagalactiae,E.col and Salmonella in vitro.The results showed that the antibacterial activity of extracts was decreased like the sequence: ethyl acetate extract>petroleum ether extract>chloroform extract>n-butanol extract.And the results showed that the main antibacterial activity components were lactones/cumarins and flavanoids/ phenols.
