海南省西部地区橡胶园土壤生物学特征与土壤类型关系初探

摘    要:对海南省乐东县胶园土馕生物学特征与土壤类型关系进行了研究。结果表明,同一土层不同土壤类型的pH值、速效磷和胡敏酸C含量、细菌和放线菌个数差异不显著。真菌个数、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖转化酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶和酸性磷酸酶活性在0~20cm土层中不同土壤类型间有差异,而在20—40、40—60cm土层中不同土壤类型无差异。有机质、全氮、速效钾、总腐殖酸、富里酸含量不同土壤类型间差异极显著。土壤中有机质、全氮、速效钾含量都偏低。有机质、全氮含量分别与速效养分含量、腐殖酸及其组分含量、部分微生物个数、大部分土壤酶之间极显著正相关。

Preliminary Study on Correlation between the Soil Biological Character and the Soil Type of Rubber Plantation in the Western Region of Hainan Province

Abstract:The correlation between the soil biological character and the soil type of rubber plantation in Ledong County in the west of Hainan Province was studied in this essay.The results indicated the pH value, available P,FAC contents had no obvious difference among the different soil type in the same layer.Fungus number, catalase enzyme, invertase, urease, polyphenoloxidase and acidic phosphatase enzyme activity had differences among the different soil type in the 0-20 cm of soil layer, meanwhile, no significantly difference was founded in the 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm of soil layer.The difference of OM, TN, available K, humic acid, HAC content among the different soil type was extremely significant.The OM, TN, available P and available K content all were low.The OM or TN content was very to be significantly correlated to soil nutrient, humic acid, some of the soil microorganism number and most of the soil enzyme activity.
