甘蓝型油菜亲本材料的综合评价和聚类分析

作者应用多元统计分析方法,研究了甘蓝型油菜亲本材料的主要农艺性状的遗传差异。通过主成分分析,从67个品种(系)中选出10个综合农艺性状优良和16个综合农艺性状较好的亲本材料。以五个标准化主成分的欧氏距离(D~2),度量品种(系)间数量性状的遗传差异,并用可变类平均法(β=-1/4)作系统聚类分析,将这些亲本分为七类。结果表明:亲缘关系和地理来源的亲疏远近并不决定遗传距离的大小。本试验分析提供的品种(系)评价以及聚类结果,对甘蓝型油菜育种亲本选配具有一定的指导作用。

Comprehensive Evaluating and Clustering of Rape (B.napus L.) as Parents

The genetic diversity in a sample of 67 parental materials of rape (B.napus L.) from different origins was studied by the means of multi-variate statistic analysis. Through the main component analysis, ten varieties (or strains) and sixteen varieties (or strains) of the sample were proved to have best and better integral characters respectively. With the Eugirid distance of the five standarized components as a parameter, hierachical clustering analysis (with a flexible average method) was made and the 67 materials was grouped into 7 clusters, resulting that the genetic distance was not necessarily related with geographical diversity and consanguinity. The selected varieties and the result of clustering in this paper would be reference for the parent selection of rape cross breeding.
