软硬双床AF-好氧工艺处理白酒废水的研究

目的]研究两级软硬双床AF结合好氧工艺对白酒废水进行处理的最佳运行参数.方法]采用两级软硬双床AF反应器结合好氧折流沟对白酒废水进行处理,实现白酒厂废水的达标排放及沼气能源的充分回收.结果]试验表明,在常温条件下,采用连续进料方式,一级软硬双床AF最佳HRT为4d,OLRCoD为2.50 kg/（m^3·d）,COD降解率可达到68.99％,出水COD的质量浓度可稳定在3 500mg/L左右;二级软硬双床AF最佳HRT为2d,OLRCOD为3.75 kg/（m^3·d）,出水COD的质量浓度可稳定在600 mg/L左右;进一步采用双填料好氧折流沟处理,可以实现达标排放.结论]研究可为白酒废水的达标排放提供参考依据.

Treatment of Liquor Wastewater by Using Soft-hard Double-bed AF and Aerobic Baffling Ditch

Objective ] To study optimum operation parameters of liquor wastewater treated by two stage soft-hard double-bed AF technology combined with aerobic baffling ditch. Method] Liquor wastewater was treated by using two stage soft-hard double-bed AF technology combined with aerobic baffling ditch, so as to realize discharge meeting standard of liquor wastewater and full recovery of biogas energy. Result] The results showed that, under the condition of normal temperature, adopting continuous feeding method, the best HRT for the first stage of double-bed AF was 4d and OLRCOD was 2.50 kg/（ m^3 · d）, degradation rate of COD can reach to 68.99%. COD concentration of effluent can be stabilized at about 3 500 mg/L; the best HRT for the second stage of double-bed AF was 2 d and OLRcoD was 3.75 kg/（ m^3 · d）, COD concentration of effluent can be stabilized at about 600 mg/L. The wastewater can meet the discharge standard by further using aerobic treatment. Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for meeting discharge standard of liquor wastewater.
