反刍畜营养菌剂的研究和机理分析

摘    要:对“反刍畜营养菌剂”中的组成菌进行了研究,明确了各菌对大气氮的固定,对几种含碳物质的利用、纤维素的分解能力和对实验动物的毒力情况,通过口服菌剂,牦牛羊增重试验证实可以提高增重和在枯草期减少体重下降。对口服菌剂提高牦牛羊营养的机理进行了分析,其基本原理是:口服菌剂后提高细菌在瘤胃的作用固定大气氮,增加氮素营养,提高纤维素的分解利用,使瘤胃中的甲烷合成菌体,降低因气体排出造成的能量损失。

Abstract:The component of ruminant nutritional bacteria agent were studied to define each bacteria's ability of Fixing air nitrogen,utilizing a several of carbon compound,decomposing cellulose and the toxicity to experimental animal.It was proved that orally taking the agent increased the body gain and decreased the weight lose in withered grass period on yak and sheep.The mechanism of orally taking the agent rising the nutrition of Yak and sheep also analyzed.The basic principle was proved to be:After orally taking the agent,the function of the bacteria in rumen was increased to fix air nitrogen, to increase nitrogen nutrition,to raise cellulose decomposition and utilization,to compose bacteria with the methane,to reduce energy lose caused by gas emission.
