| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对白唇鹿、马鹿和梅花鹿的红细胞乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）以及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）同工酶酶谱进行研究。结果发现三种鹿的红细胞中只有ＬＤＨ１一种同工酶，ＳＯＤ具有ＳＯＤ１，ＳＯＤ２和ＳＯＤ３三种同工酶。

| Abstract: | The white lipped deers,red deers and sika were used to study the isozyme spectra of LDH and SOD in erythrocytes by means of polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate glass.The results showed that there were single LDH1 isozyme and three SOD isozymes including SOD1,SOD2 and SOD3 in erythrocytes of three species of deers. \ \ |
