青海毛肉兼用半细毛羊同期发情及提高受胎率的试验(二)

摘    要:采用不同生殖激素在973只青海志肉兼用半细毛羊中进行同期发情和提高受胎率试验。结果表明:①5d和10d内的同期发情率,总受胎率在P4+PMSG组分别为76.32%,97.36%和94.74%;P4+ICI80996组为90.0%,100%和100%;PMSG组为63.16%,95.79%和94.74%;ICI80996组为82.91%,95.58%和94.93%,同期发情效果均显著或极显著高于对照

Abstract:An experiment of synchronization of estrus and improvement of conception rate was conducted in 973 Qinghai semifinewool sheep,of wool meat dual purpose using different reproductive hormone.The results were as follows:(1)The rate of the synchronization of estrus during the period of 5 days and 10 days and the total conception rete in the groups treated using P PMSG were 76.32%,97.36% and 94.75% resp,90.0% ,100% and 100% in the group treated using P 4 ICI80996 resp ;63.16%,95.79% and 94.74% in the group treated using PMSG resp;82.91%,95 57% and 94.93% in the group treated using ICI80996 resp.The effects of synchronization of estrus in the treated groups were very significantly or significantly better than that in the control group(47.33%,76.00% and 88.67%),There was no significant difference in the total conception rate between the treated groups and control group.(2)The first non return rate and the total conception rate in the LRH A group, hCG group and the LH group were 93.02% and 96.89%, 88.81% and 93.66%, 95.00% and 95.00% resp.and were significantly higher than that in the control group(71.25% and 78%).
