摘    要:为进一步探究蔬菜农残快检假阳性问题,本文采用酶抑制率法和色谱法对大批量蔬菜样品中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况进行研究分析,针对假阳性蔬菜特点,结合日常检测工作经验,对易引起酶抑制率快检假阳性的因素进行识别和分析,将关键影响因子分为酶抑制物干扰、竞争性显色反应干扰、底色干扰和透光干扰四大类。阐述了其对酶抑制反应的影响方式,并针对性地提出避免和减少假阳性情况发生的措施和建议,为今后酶抑制率快检方法改进、进一步提高快检准确率提供参考和依据。

Abstract:In order to further explore the problem of false positive in rapid determination of pesticide residues in vegetables, this study analyzed the residues of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in bulk vegetables based on enzyme inhibition and chromatography methods. According to the characteristics of false positive vegetables, combined with daily work experience, identified and analyzed the factors which were likely to cause false positives in the rapid detection of enzyme inhibition, and divided the key influencing factors into four categories: enzyme inhibitor interference, competitive color reaction interference, background interference and light transmission interference. Elaborated how to influence the enzyme inhibition method, and targeted measures and suggestions to avoid and reduce the occurrence of false positives were proposed to provide reference and basis for the improvement of the enzyme inhibition method and the further improvement of the rapid detection accuracy in the future.
