鸡冠花离体培养中的玻璃化现象及其控制的初步研究

摘    要:对鸡冠花在离体培养中玻璃化现象及其控制进行了初步研究。结果表明:鸡冠花玻璃苗的百分率随着蔗糖及琼脂浓度的增加而减少,6-BA会提高玻璃苗率,KT对玻璃化现象无影响;适当降低温度,提高光照度和采用棉花塞封口能有效降低试管苗玻璃化现象的发生。

Abstract:This article makes a primary study on the vitrification of Celosia cristata L.and how to deal with it when they are in isolated culture.According to the study,the percentage of the vitrification will be decreased along with the increase of the concentration of the cane sugar and agar.The 6-BA will enhance the vitrification while the KT has no effect on it.In this case,the vitrification can be reduced effectively by lowering the temperature to a proper extent,increasing the illumination and using the cotton lid to seal.
