脱水蔬菜热泵干燥工艺研究

摘    要:为了降低能耗,提高干燥效率,缩短生产周期,对脱水蔬菜热泵干燥工艺进行了研究。以甘蓝为原料,利用自制的内循环式热泵干燥样机进行了单因素试验,探讨了干燥介质温度、风速、装料量对蔬菜干燥速率及能耗的影响;采用2次正交旋转组合试验,建立了干燥工艺参数回归数学模型;通过约束复合形法,找出了热泵干燥最佳工艺参数组合:介质温度为60℃,风速1.95m/min,装料量3.6kg/m2为最佳工艺参数组合。
