| 摘 要： | 应用组织工片技术观众 工养殖中华鳖患综合中毒症 内脏组织的病理变化以探讨其发病机理,病鳖肝,脾,肾组织的变性,坏死变化明显,有较多含铁血红素物质形成,表现为典型的中毒症状,是导致鳖群大批死亡的主要原因。文中不讨论了只结鳖综合中毒症的病因及其防治措施。

| Abstract: | In order to study the nosogenesis of complextoxonosis in Trionyx sinensis, the histopathologicalchange had been observed by using tissue section techniques. The major cause causing the turtle to death isthe typical complex toxonosis. SOme necrotic and denatured changes and much more hemosiderin had beenfound in hepar and spleen and kidney. The causes andprophylactico-therapeutic measures of this disease hadalso been discussed. |
