| 摘 要： | 鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)扩充是危害农林业的主要害虫类群,生殖和遗传控制是其生物控制的重要发展方向。Sxl是果蝇性别决定调控网络中的关键基因。本文根据家蚕的Bm-Sxl基因序列(NCBI:AB207267.1,AB207268.1),克隆了野桑蚕2条Bmand-Sxl基因序列,并在大肠杆菌中进行了原核表达了其中一条。

| Abstract: | The Lepidoptera is the primary pest that does a lot of harm to the agriculture and forest in the nature.The procreation and the heredity control are two important biological methods.Sxl gene of drosophila is a key gene in the sex-determing network.Based on the Bm-sxl gene sequences(NCBI accession number: AB207267.1,AB207268.1),we cloned two Bmand-sel gene sequences,one of which expressed in the original nucleus. |
