玉米ES型雄性不育胞质在生产上应用的可行性研究

摘    要:对10对ES型雄性不育胞质杂交种和正常胞质杂交种进行了产量和农艺性状的比较。结果表明,ES型雄性不育胞质杂交种与其同核的正常胞质杂交种的产量无显著差异,ES型雄性不育胞质对杂交种的农艺性状无不良影响。又根据ES胞质不育系具有稳定的不育性和ES胞质抗病性的有关研究,作者认为ES型雄性不育细胞质完全可以在生产上应用。

Abstract:The study has been carried out on the yield and agronomic characters comparisons of 10 sets of ES type CMSF 1 and their counterparts with normal cytoplasm (NF 1).The results are as follows:significant difference in yield does not exist between the CMSF 1 and NF 1 with the same nuclear background.ES type male sterile cytoplasm shows no harmful effect on the agronomic characters of F 1 hybrids.The male sterile stability of ES type CMS lines,the genetic effect and disease resistance of ES type male sterile cytoplasm indicate that ES type male sterile cytoplasm can be safely used in production.
