花生种子人工老化过程中发芽率和蛋白质的变化

摘    要:利用双向SDS-PAGE分析了粤油79和油73花生种子人工老化过程中发芽率和蛋白质的变化,结果表明,种子老化8d后,种胚内出现了一种蛋白质或多肽(p16.2,MW10KD),并且该蛋白质或多肽随种子老化程度的加深其含量逐渐增加,而对照不存在这种物质,表明随着种子活力的丧失,蛋白质的含量增加。

Changes of Germination Percentage and Protein of Different Varieties of Peanut Seeds in Aging
Abstract:The changes of germination percentage anu protein of Yueyou79 and You 73peanut seeds in aging were studied. The results showed that a kind of new protein orpolyeptide(pI.2 MW10KD)which did not exist in the high viable seeds(100 percent ger-mination) appeared in the cotyiedonless embryos of the aging one after 8 days, and that theamount of this protein or polypeptide increased with the agingday lengthening.This indi-cates that protein content increases as the vitality of the seeds decreases.
