荏饼代替大豆粕饲喂商品瘦肉猪试验研究

摘    要:首次分析了荏饼的营养成分和17种氨基酸含量,并对荏饼代替大豆粕包头商品瘦肉猪进行了。研究结果表明A组日增重比对照组低28.1g,B组比对照组高2.4g,但差异不显著。与对照组相比试验A、B组每组猪少耗料费534.24元和363.6元,A、B组每头猪分别比对照组净增效益37.33元和22.46元。

Abstract:Nutritive compositions and 17 amino acids contents of common perilla cake wereanalysed in the paper. The trial was conducted in the same condition of basal diets ofcommodity Bacon-type pigs with additives of 15%common perilla cake,10%commonperilla cake and 5%soy bean cake added to two treatment groups(group A and group B)respectively,and a group with 15%soy bean cake was served as the control. The resultsshowed that the daily weight gain in group A was 28.1g lower than that of the control,and in group B it was 2.4g higher than that of the control,but the differences were notsignificant.In comparison with the control,the less cost of feed consumed in group A andB was 534.24 Yuan and 363.60 Yuan respectively. Each pig in group A and B achievedmore net profit of 37.73 Yuan and 22.46 Yuan,higher than that in the control andincreased by 72.16%and 42.96%respectively. The economic benefit was significant.This has provided a scientific basis for developing feed resources in Qin-Ba mountain areas.
