荏饼代替大豆粕饲喂商品瘦肉猪试验研究

首次分析了荏饼的营养成分和１７种氨基酸含量，并对荏饼代替大豆粕包头商品瘦肉猪进行了。研究结果表明Ａ组日增重比对照组低２８．１ｇ，Ｂ组比对照组高２．４ｇ，但差异不显著。与对照组相比试验Ａ、Ｂ组每组猪少耗料费５３４．２４元和３６３．６元，Ａ、Ｂ组每头猪分别比对照组净增效益３７．３３元和２２．４６元。

A Trial Feeding Commodity Bacon-type Pigs with Common Perilla Cake Instead of Soy bean Cake

Nutritive compositions and 17 amino acids contents of common perilla cake wereanalysed in the paper. The trial was conducted in the same condition of basal diets ofcommodity Bacon-type pigs with additives of 15%common perilla cake,10%commonperilla cake and 5%soy bean cake added to two treatment groups(group A and group B)respectively,and a group with 15%soy bean cake was served as the control. The resultsshowed that the daily weight gain in group A was 28.1g lower than that of the control,and in group B it was 2.4g higher than that of the control,but the differences were notsignificant.In comparison with the control,the less cost of feed consumed in group A andB was 534.24 Yuan and 363.60 Yuan respectively. Each pig in group A and B achievedmore net profit of 37.73 Yuan and 22.46 Yuan,higher than that in the control andincreased by 72.16%and 42.96%respectively. The economic benefit was significant.This has provided a scientific basis for developing feed resources in Qin-Ba mountain areas.
