用相关系数法估计威布尔分布的位置参数

通过对相关和纱数与位置参数的分析研究，作者提出了一种估计威布尔分布位置参 数的新方法－－相关系数法。并从理论上推导出该法求位置参数的方程。相关系数法精度高，算法简单，解决了在威布尔分布位置参数估计中提高精度与简化算法不能兼顾的矛盾。通过分析表明，位置参数在相关系数最大时的估计值即为最佳估计值。

Estimate the State Parameter of Weibull Distribution by the Relative Coefficient Method

Based on the analysis of the relation between the relative coefficient and the stateparameter of Weibull distribution,the relative coefficient method,a new method used forestimating the state parameter of Weibull distribution,is advanced in this paper. An equa-tion to estimate the state parameter by this method is also inferred in theory. Being highlyprecise and simple in algorithm,the method has solved the problem that consideration cannot be given to both improving precision and simplifying algorithm. The result of analysisshows that the best estimation of state parameter is in maximum relative coefficient.
