桑树无根系嫁接育苗技术研究

一般的桑树嫁接育苗采用有根系繁育技术,技术不易掌握、成本高、成活率低。为了解决常规育苗技术存在的问题,研究出了桑树无根系嫁接育苗技术,即把优良品种接穗芽嫁接在山桑系砧木上,通过山桑系砧木发根生成桑苗的最新育苗技术。该技术方法简单、成本低、成活率高、推广效果十分明显。

Study on Techniques of Raising Seedlings by Grafting without Root System for Mulberry Tree

The common technique of raising seedlings by grafting is with root system,which is difficult to master,and with higher cost and lower survival rate.In order to solve these problems,the new technique of raising seedlings by grafting without root system is developed,that is,grafting the scion bud of the fine breed to the rootstock of mountain mulberry series,on which the mulberry seedlings will be produced through the root growth of the rootstock of mountain mulberry series.The technique is easy to master and with lower cost and higher survival rate,which has an obvious promoting effect.
