| 摘 要： | 目的]建立胆固醇氧化酶的快速鉴定方法。方法]采用初筛和复筛试验，从21种不同来源的样品中筛选出9株高酶活胆固醇氧化酶菌株，采用定性平板检测法、过氧化氢法、羟醛反应法、薄层层析法等定性检测胆固醇氧化酶的活性。结果]从21种样品中共筛选出48株胆固醇氧化酶菌株，用定性平板检测法从中筛选出9株高酶活菌株（2-6、15-3、3-3、16-5、3-4、4-3、4-6、JM109和10192），其中4．6酶活最高；过氧化氢法共鉴定出6株高酶活菌株，与定性平板法检测结果一致；薄层层析法可定性检测出胆固醇氧化的唯一产物胆甾4-烯-3-酮。结论]定性平板检测法和薄层层析法可快速、有效的鉴定出高酶活胆固醇氧化酶菌株。
