摘    要:为评价超薄等电聚焦电泳技术鉴定杂交水稻种子纯度的准确性;分别利用超薄等电聚焦电泳技术和田间小区种植技术鉴定杂交水稻64S×G67F1种子纯度,比较两者的吻合程度。结果表明:用超薄等电聚焦电泳技术鉴定的种子纯度和大田种植鉴定的纯度完全吻合;说明超薄等电聚焦电泳技术鉴定杂交水稻种子纯度结果准确可靠。

Abstract:To investigate the accuracy of Ultrathin-layer isoelectric focusing of seed proteins (UTLIEF) in identifying the genetic purity of hybrid rice seeds; UTLIEF and grow-out test were used to test the genetic purity of hybrid rice seeds and the genetic purity determined by UTLIEF was compared with that of grow-out test. Genetic purity determined by UTLIEF was the same as that of grow-out test. Genetic purity of hybrid rice seeds determined by UTLIEF was accurate and reliable.
