摘    要:标记-回捕放流鱼苗是评估增殖放流效果的通用方法,成功标记放流的关键在于标记技术的选择。小规模标记放流时,重点关注标记死亡率、标志保留时间等;而在大规模标记时,则在此基础上需考虑标记的劳动强度、成本等因素。对挂牌、被动整合式雷达标、耳石标及分子标的研究概况及其各自优缺点进行了综述,并介绍了大规模标记技术在国内外人工增殖放流中的应用,为不同背景情况下的放流标记技术的选择提供参考。

Abstract:Marking-replenishment floating fry is a common method for assessing the effect of proliferation and release. The key to successful marker release is the choice of marker technology. Small-scale markings are focused on marker mortality, marker retention times, and so on. In addition, in the large-scale marking need to consider the marked labor intensity, cost and other factors. This paper summarizes the research and their advantages and disadvantages of listed, passive integrated radar, otolith and molecular standard, and introduces the application of large-scale marking technology in artificial prolifera-tion and release at home and abroad, Which can provide reference for the selection of discharge marking technology under different background conditions.
