镉胁迫对野生龙葵抗逆指标的影响

摘    要:以吉林西部野生龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)为试验材料,研究镉胁迫对野生龙葵抗逆指标的影响。结果表明,在高浓度镉胁迫下,野生龙葵叶片中脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量都明显增加;野生龙葵叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化随镉胁迫浓度的增大呈现不稳定状态;在高浓度Cd Cl2(200 mg/kg)胁迫下,野生龙葵叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)活性明显提高;在高浓度镉胁迫下,野生龙葵叶片中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低。

Abstract:Taking wild Solanum nigrum L. from the west of Jilin as material,the effects of cadmium stress on physiological anti-adversity indexes of S. nigrum L. were studied. The results showed that the proline content and MDA content obviously increased under the stress of high concentration of cadmium; the SOD activity presented unstable state with the increase of Cd concentration; under the stress of 200 mg/kg CdCl2, POD activity was significantly increased; CAT activity decreased under high concentration of cadmium stress.
