汉中地区油菜主要推广品种的脂肪酸组成分析

摘    要:通过调查,搜集了21个汉中地区主要推广的油菜品种,利用索氏提取法、气相色谱法(GC),对21个油菜品种的脂肪酸组成进行了分析。结果显示:饱和脂肪酸的含量在5.3%~6.3%之间,油酸含量在29.8%~69.3%之间,亚油酸含量在14.9%~19.5%之间,亚麻酸含量在7.4%~12.2%之间,芥酸含量在0~27.3%之间。

Abstract:This paper investigates and collects the main 21 varieties of rape which popularize in Hanzhong. Adopting Soxhlet extractor method and Gas chromatography(GC) to analyze fatty acid composition about rape mainly popularized in Hanzhong, The results show that unsaturated fatty acids content between 5.3%~6.3%, oleic acid between 29.8%~69.3%, linoleic between 14.9%~19.5%, linolenic acid between 7.4%~12.2%, erucid between 0~27.3%.
