| 摘 要： | 通过对测量误差和测量不确定度的基本的介绍,以及不确定度的基本评定方法的应用,来表征实验室测试结果的质量。介绍和探讨了测量不确定的计算步骤和计算方法,以水产品中孔雀石绿残留量为例,全面估计分析不确定度的来源,得出其扩展不确定度。通过水产品中孔雀绿残留量的不确定度的评定,得出实验室的最佳测试能力小于实际测量的不确定度。测量结果的可靠程度是通过分析和评定测量不确定度来确定的。
